About
Over the past 3 – 4 months the team have worked extremely hard on the BiWhizz platform and refining the concept for future growth. Quite recently, however, it dawned upon us that we haven’t really discussed and openly explained what BiWhizz is and what it will do for our users – budding entrepreneurs and business owners. So here’s an insight.
In its most basic form BiWhizz is a web platform that enables the users and related audiences to network, expose their businesses, and soak up new information such as new business concepts, innovative business theories and entrepreneurial skills.
We’ve focused our concept and subsequent development on what we call our KAN (Knowledge, Advertising and Networking) model.
We’ve focused on building a business platform that supports the UK small business industry, promotes entrepreneurialism but, more importantly, enables entrepreneurs and there businesses to grow. What we have done is develop a platform that takes components of social media and social networking and laced them up with smart, sophisticated business application technology.
The KAN model, around which the concept is built, enables us to be extremely focused when building new tools and ideas. This system involves the aggregation of the three major areas, which individually, can act as stand-alone businesses. The success of the company is to deliver the simultaneous autonomy of each area, whilst all three areas leverage upon each other with regards to information and knowledge. Confused? Don’t be, its a funky way of saying we’re onto something big that we believe to be the gap in the UK market with regards to social media and business online.
Now, in addition to the KAN Model, we have broken down the platform system/design, future ideas and tools into three categories:
Business Processes:
Building tools, services and features that enable our users to complete business processes that will propel their businesses forward, provide business ease and convenience and enable budding entrepreneurs to launch their business endeavours from our platform. By business processes we mean actions such as, for example, making use of our innovative and powerful ‘emailing system’ (to be explained later on this month). As time passes, BiWhizz users shall begin to see a pattern and a definitive pathway as to how we intend to build this area of the platformJ.
Entrepreneurialism:
The idea is to build tools, create systems and designs that promote entrepreneurialism throughout the platform. Our mode of thinking around this particular area is quite simple; provide users with the ability to promote entrepreneurialism within our platform by creating campaigns, promoting other companies to enable the users to transmit this to other platforms and websites. Creating sharing and collaborative technology and providing the ability for users to create buzz about another company or product. These tools and features form part of an altruistic view of entrepreneurialism, and the way how entrepreneurialism should be created.
Social Media:
Today’s web is about creating and maintaining relationships; a feature quite known to business in general. With relationships being the common denominator between the web and business it is vital we create tools, concepts and ideas around building strong and longitudinal relationships that are based on important components, such as trust, honesty, transparency and reliability. We believe the way we have designed and built the ‘company profiling system’ on the platform is the first major step in fulfilling this ambition.
